Overview
Fund for Shared Insight is a funder collaborative devoted to creating pathways for foundations to listen to the people and communities they seek to serve through their giving. Since its launch in 2014, Shared Insight has grown to include 10 core funding partners, six “sidecar” contributors, and 119 additional Listen4Good co-funders; it has provided over $30 million in funding to 530 organizations. An ongoing evaluation by ORS Impact continues to show that Shared Insight has strengthened nonprofit feedback practice and influenced the dialogue in the sector about the power of feedback to inform and improve nonprofits’ and funders’ work. This grant provides flexible, annual support to Shared Insight.

PACT’s work includes efforts to create a policy framework that rewards farmers for integrating climate-friendly practices; translate corporate commitments into climate-smart practices; and support the research and innovation needed to address emissions in the agricultural sector.
